This young lady wanted reduction of her big (boxy) tip and a slight reduction of her hump. Her nose could be classified as a tension nose.

She was extremely happy with the outcome and feels she got exactly what she had in mind. None of her friends could recognize the change to her face with the rhinoplasty. Yet they felt she looked different.

This patient was very conscious of her nose and its shape. She described her nose as blunt and droopy. It appeared large for her face. She requested her result to be small and cute.

 

Commonly referred to as the Polly Beak deformity. Careful planning helped in achieving the desired result. Her tip needed elevation and support to hold its place. 

Classical Tension Nose – this nose is too tall and projected. 

A conservative lady with views in line with her beliefs participated in a dialogue to finally be pleased with the result. Her nose function too improved.

This kind of Crooked Nose is the most common presentation of patients in this part of the world. The high septal involvement in the pathology makes it difficult to correct it by regular surgeons. 

After extensive surgery the patient is happy with the result though with a residual deviation. His main complaint of breathing difficulty has been completely resolved.

This Crooked nose with breathing difficulty also had thick skin. The patient requested correction primarily for improvement in breathing. She was referred by an ENT surgeon as the septal correction needed expertise. .

She had an acceptable result and her breathing improved 100 %

This Oriental Nose shows a low dorsum and foreshortened tip. This patient was seeking correction of the dorsum and the tip to improve her appearance.

Rib graft was used to elevate the dorsum and the tip was refined using sutures.

This tall nose that appears deviated to one side also presented breathing issues. This patient requested a straight dorsum and improvement with his breathing.

The nose needed a complete deconstruction and eventually produced an acceptable result.
